The hotel is situated in a nice quiet area and has a great location close to many restaurants and bars in El Poblado. Staff in the restaurant are friendly and attentive, and the breakfast is great. The beds are large and comfortable with a nice interior design.
Some rooms have a poorly insulated window, making it impossible to sleep with loud music, chatting, and road noise.

The hotel had a nice interior design and very friendly attentive staff. The large and comfortable beds made for a great night's sleep. The breakfast was great, offering a wide variety of options, and the complementary pool towels were a nice touch. The location was perfect for checking out local bars and restaurants.
The room felt cramped and there wasn't much space to open up our big luggage. the noise from the bar and street outside could be heard clearly in our room, making it hard to get a good night's sleep.
